How to invite a user to Amazon’s Seller Central
Click on the
Settings
icon in the menu bar's upper right
corner. This icon is accessible from any page within Seller Central.
Navigate to the section labeled “Add a new user” and type in the Name - Nyle and Email address in the blank field as shown in the screenshot and click “Send Invitation”
After you send the invitation, our company name will show up in the “Open Invitations” field. You can either resend or delete the invitation by clicking the appropriate buttons next to it. The invited user will receive confirmation within seconds.
How to Set Basic User Permissions in Amazon Seller Central
Once the invited user has accepted the invite, the name will show up in the “Current User” area.
At that stage, please manage the user’s access to your account by clicking the
button.
To enable a user to add or modify products or listings, and upload videos and bulk files within your inventory, it is
necessary to grant them access to the
option located in the Inventory section.
To create and manage Advertising Campaigns, Promotions, Deals, A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, or Brand
Story on Amazon, select
located under the Advertising tab.
To create or modify Stores, you should choose
or Storefront Names and the Stores Builder found
under the Store Design category.
To allow a user to access your Sales or Inventory reports, select
for Business Reports, Sales
Summary under the Reports tab.
How to Set Global User Permissions (Brand Analytics Access)
To enable access to your brand analytics for a specific person, it is necessary to assign them permissions in the "Global User Permissions" section.
Navigate back to the User Permissions page
Choose
Set the Permissions to View or View/Edit for the sections below
You can grant access to Brand Benefits (Brand Analytics, Brand Tailored Promotions, Manage Your Experiments, and more).
You can set up permissions for Growth related sections, including "Subscribe and Save," Marketplace Product Guidance, and Sustainability Solutions Hub - Reporting, among others.
